Jan has been involved in the Central Florida real estate market as an agent and broker since 1991. She has also been the owner of two different successful real estate companies

As an agent Jan has accumulated numerous awards and was generally the top selling agent wherever she practiced. Over the years Jan has provided hundreds of property valuations and guidance in the selling process for property owners, expert testimony in real estate legal matters and exclusive buyer representation by referral. Recently, as a broker and co-owner of a local firm she helped bring about the successful sale of their 3 office company to a large franchise.

Outside of Real Estate, Jan has also been a business entrepreneur. With a partner she designed and created a retail product that was produced in the USA and assembled by handicapped workers. Jan personally marketed the product to retail outlets and it was carried and sold in over 800 retail stores nationwide before she successfully sold the company in 1997.

Committed to her community, Jan has served on multiple community boards and chaired fundraisers through the years, including the Orlando Museum of Art, Council of 101, Florida Hospital Golden Circle of Friends, Trustee of the Winter Park Public Library and Advent Health University Foundation Board.
